TIE Fighter Model

Started off as a high poly scan of the toy model using the Artec Spider 3D scanner and processed in Artec Studio software. Used Houdini to align, center and ground to the world origin planes. Then took it into Zbrush to clean up the scan noise and fill in spots that the scanner could not capture.
I then took it into Maya to retopologize and optimize it into its final low poly form. Used Substance Designer to bake the diffuse and normal map from the high poly scan mesh. Then took it to Substance Painter in combo with photoshop for manual cleanup of the diffuse and normals as well as filling in lost details, a roughness and metalness map to get the final look.
No AI was used.
